Size Guide

Please compare your body measurements with the size chart below before placing your order. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

How to Measure

• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust while keeping the tape comfortably level.

• Shoulder: Measure from one shoulder edge to the other across your upper back.

• Sleeve: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the wrist.

• Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem.
  

Important Information

• Measurements are provided by the manufacturer.

• Please allow a 1–3 cm difference due to manual measurement.

• Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

• If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn and unused.

• Be in its original condition.

• Include all original tags and packaging.

• Be free from perfume, stains, washing or any signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take several business days to process the refund.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs showing the issue so our team can assess your request.

After carefully reviewing your request, LF Collection will offer the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement item or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.

Our Customer Support team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

• Underwear

• Swimwear

• Earrings

• Personal care products

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, LF Collection will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return in accordance with this policy.
